Chef Casey’s menu:

• Smash Burger - “corned" beef patty, Irish sausage, cheddar cheese, Funyuns, sauerkraut tartar sauce, OBC stout bbq sauce

• Irish lamb stew served with Funyuns and finished with OBC stout

We’ll have green beer and a keg of stout on draft in the tasting room!

Dinner must be preordered to guarantee a meal.  The deadline to order is March 13.
