The end of summer, the cusp of autumn is the perfect time for a pig roast!
At 5am on Sunday morning, Chef Casey and crew will begin roasting the seasoned pig in a La Caja, which imitates the traditional pit roasted method. Over the next 5-6 hours, amazing and mouthwatering smells will begin to spread through downtown Greensboro! At 11:30am, they'll begin serving the feast, which will include a chef's menu of specials that pair perfectly with pork. As well, Chandler Family Farm will be onsite serving their amazing coffee.
Note: Georgia law prohibits any alcohol on site other than what is made by the brewery. I.e., no, you may not bring your own alcohol to an event at OBC.
