Tribute - A Celebration of The Allman Brothers Band is a powerful 8eight piece group that faithfully recreates the music of one of the finest bands of all time. Since founding in 2013, the Atlanta-based band has earned a reputation as the source for the authentic ABB sound throughout the southeast.

Tribute recalls that unique period in American rock when psychedelia ebbed and The ABB informed us what jazz, rock, country, and blues could sound like. Comprised of musicians with decades of performance experience, the members bring their shared love of The Allman Brothers Band to life when it comes time for hittin’ the note.

The OBC Book Club is reading TWO books for their spooky season meeting! 👻 On Thursday, October 24, the group will discuss The Halloween Tree by Ray Bradbury, as well as And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie. 🎃 To join, just read the books and come to the meeting at 6pm! The casual meetings are usually less than an hour. 🕷️

Update: Our headlining comedian for Comedy Night, Reno Collier, has family in Asheville, North Carolina, that were greatly impacted by Hurricane Helene. Understandably, his priorities are focused on helping them and, in that regard, tonight's event has been CANCELED.

A former P.E. teacher, Reno Collier’s journey began at the Punchline Comedy Club in Atlanta where he tended bar to supplement his day job. One night he found himself on stage during the weekly open mic night. His unique outlook on life – mixed with a six-pack – was instantly popular and provided a platform to launch a career as a comedian.

Reno has built a reputation by selling out comedy clubs and colleges nationwide. In 2004 he joined Larry The Cable Guy on the hugely successful Tour of America. Following the success of that tour, in 2005 Reno taped his own Comedy Central Presents half-hour special.

Reno’s other national tours look more like a comedian’s wish-list than a resume, including theater and arena tours with the legendary Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, and Ron White. From January 2007-2016, he re-joined Larry the Cable Guy for his wildly successful arena tour spanning the United States and Canada.

An evening of shagging at OBC!

The Lake Oconee Shag Club is hosting a dance night in our Event Center. The class is free for Club members; $5 for non-members. Our tasting room and The Burch food truck will be open!

The tasting room and food truck will open at 5pm, class will start at 6pm. The first half will be instruction on the shag basic steps provided by Page and Tony Payne. Then dance time!

Registration is not required - Just show up ready to boogie! No worries if you don’t have a dance partner. The instructors will pair you with an experienced shagger!

Harvest Moon was formed to pay tribute to the legendary careers of Neil Young and Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young. With over a hundred million albums sold and countless hits, these songs have defined the music of a generation which still resonates today. There is a lifetime of music to explore.

Comprised of seasoned veterans of the Atlanta music scene, Harvest Moon was formed in 2018. With four part vocal harmonies and an instinctive feel for the music and vibe of Neil and CSN&Y, Harvest Moon brings these songs to life.
