Taylor grew up in Augusta, Georgia. After graduating from the University of Georgia, he worked as a personal banker in Greensboro, Georgia. He pretty quickly decided that was not the career path for him, so he grew a beard and set on the journey of becoming a Brew Master. He was an assistant brewer at Triangle Brewing Company in Durham, North Carolina, for two years. In 2014, he was selected as head brewer for Brewery 85 in Greenville, South Carolina. Taylor opened the doors of his own Brewery on May 6, 2017. He and his wife, Michelle, have added three members to Team OBC - Their children! Leo, Jackson, and Hazel.

Leslie wanted her title to be “communication empress” but was voted down. She is a graduate of Georgia State University, with a degree in English. She handles all of our communication, but you probably won’t know if she’s at a Brewery event - she’s a behind the scene kind of gal. Meetings with her must include food. She and her husband are the humans of the best beagle ever.

Originally from Wilson, North Carolina, Cathy and her husband, Leon, raised three children in Augusta, Georgia. She spent many years as an interior decorator and started her own business while in Augusta. Events and design are her passion. She has an eye for detail and the vision and know-how to help organize events of all sizes. When she's not working events at the Brewery, she's usually traveling the world. She's a travel designer with Cruise Planners, so she can even help plan your next dream vacation! Cathy is the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren.

After graduating from Valdosta State Univeristy with a degree in Marketing, Nathan began work with his father, John. He is the development partner of Oconee Brewing Company, as well as the creator of Project Hummingbird. Nathan and his wife, Jessica, are the proud parents of three daughters and a son.

A fifth generation native of Henry County, Georgia, John is a graduate of the University of Georgia and served in the National Guard. He established his real estate firm in 1995. John and his wife, Nan, a retired educator, have been married for 42 years. They have been blessed by three sons and four grandchildren.
